- We remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation. Any smell of smoke will result in laundry and sanitation costs of € 300 taken from the deposit.

- Please respect the calm and especially in the staircase please.

- Parties and receptions are not accepted in this establishment. Any party or invitation without written exemption (SMS, email) may result in the cancellation of the rental contract without reimbursement of the period committed.

- Any trash not taken out and any dishes left dirty could also result in a deduction from the deposit, up to 50 euros, equivalent to the hardship and time spent by the teams to compensate for this failure.

- When you go out, please make sure to close the windows of your property. Our establishment is not responsible for the intrusion of insects into the accommodation.

- If your accommodation has a Velux, you must ensure that it is open in your presence. You may be held responsible in the event of water damage occurring when you forget to close it.

- Key Box:

Any keys not in their original location, and well secured (scrambled code in the case of a key box) could be subject to a deduction from the deposit.

In the case of a key box code that is not jammed, you may be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the intrusion of an additional person into the accommodation.

- Remote control / Badge: If your accommodation has a remote control (Parking, Garage, Gate, TV, etc.) Please leave it at the initial location of your arrival. Any disappearance will be subject to a deduction from the deposit.

- Any late check-out may be subject to a deduction from the deposit equivalent to the time spent by the teams waiting for you to leave the premises as well as the general delay in the organization that could result.

- Evacuation:

Any periodic protection or wipe can immediately clog and cause the evacuation system to malfunction.

Any intervention by the technician will therefore be billed at €350 at the tenant's expense

- In the context where your reservation includes a pet in one of our accommodations or they are accepted, it is welcome provided that it is clean, quiet, that it has its basket and that it does not remain alone in the accommodation, thank you for your understanding

- It is important to specify the number of people present on site in order to adapt the number of beds for your arrival. Otherwise, a price adjustment will be made according to the number of beds occupied.

- Stained linen:

Please take particular care in removing your make-up. Any trace of lipstick, make-up, foundation or blood will be subject to a deduction from the deposit of the amount equivalent to the replacement of the item, the same for kitchen towels, bed linen or decorative blankets.
