We have been frequently disappointed by the quality of the service and human attention (lack of comfort, hygiene and communication).

These misadventures made us think about the ideal offer for travelers thirsting for premium hotel services, thus benefiting from total immersion in a new city (with 24-hour reception, professional cleaning, a contact person available if needed and a range of à la carte services).
